Intro to the Chakra Shop

We will briefly touch on all the chakras in this session to prepare us for the more in-depth Chakra-Shop & Movement 8 week series.

In this workshop, we will learn a little about all 7 chakras and where they live in our energy bodies. With a lesson on both the chakra stones, which are gemstones that activate or amplify the energy of the chakras, and the yoga poses that also relate to those special energy centers. By practicing the postures that correspond to each chakra, you can release certain blockages and start to feel more balanced.

As we move through each energy center and learn about the gemstones related, Steph Jo will guide you through making a stretch beaded bracelet, using the specific gemstones for each chakra! After our bracelets are complete, we will move through a guided chakra based meditation, then flow right into some chakra based movement. We will balance out the entire system in our time together, leaving you feeling nourished, relaxed, and more familiar with your chakra system!
