About the event
Don't miss your spot at this event to feel the vibration of live meditation music, as you are bathed in whole note frequencies that correspond to each energy center in the body. With the connection of breath and movement, we will gently flow into a vinyasa sequence that is acceptable for all levels, no experience necessary. Enjoy a breeze and a view as we move and flow together mindfully. Supportive props may come in handy if you would like to find a more restorative shape for the sound bath portion of class, so feel free to bring all the blankets, pillows, or whatever you've got to get cozy with!
