Sunset Park Yoga with Steph Jo *donation based*

Let's meet in the park for some sunset flows! This gentle vinyasa flow will be accessible for all levels, so bring your yoga mat, some water, and maybe a blanket for some extra comfort and support, especially if you want a more restorative savasana experience! 

The plan is to meet near the gazebo around 6:45pm to head to a quite spot under some trees. We will be practicing in grass so extra blankets and bug spray may be a good thing to bring to this 60 minute class! 

Don't forget to invite your friends and your definitely bring sense of adventure for this fun class! Let's enjoy the last of our summer together with some mindful, intentional movements while zenning out in the park!
