Yoga in the Sand with Steph Jo

Join Steph Jo for some Sunday Funday yoga, birthday beach vibe style!! 

We will be meeting at Woodland's Backyard in their amazing indoor sand volleyball dome! Lots of sand for us to spread out on, so make sure you bring your yoga mats and maybe a towel to lay out on the sand. If your fingers and toes would prefer to be right in the cool sand, know that you can do that as well! The heat will be bumped up to about 80 degrees to help create that warm beach vibe so dress in layers to stay comfortable! No experience needed, and no expectations - just a fun class for us to move and breathe together on Steph Jo's 38th birthday!! She may have a special guest joining so make sure you don't miss out!

Doors open at 11am. Class will start at 11:30 and will end right at 12:30. We'll need to scoot right off the sand so that the volleyball leagues can get going, but feel free to stay and hang for some mimosas/juice and maybe some donuts too!!
